The Garbage Truck

Jordan has LOVED the garbage man for as long as I can remember.  He runs outside as soon as he hears the truck drive around the neighborhood.  He'll stand outside, watch in awe and wave to his Wednesday morning friends!  Sometimes he'll get a honk but usually just a wave from the dear garbage man.  So this past Christmas it as no surprise that he got 3 toy garbage trucks.  But this orange one is his favorite because it actually has a can that moves up and down.  So this special night- he wanted to sleep with his dear friend, the garbage man.

Summer Fun

Ahhh the good 'ol slip'n'slide!  Seems like we have to buy one of these every year but it is worth it to see them slide around with huge smiles on their faces!  JoJo was probably the most excited, yet the most scared to slide on his "belly"!  He would run across and then land on his knees and then drop to his belly right at the end.  It couldn't have felt too good but he laughed like the big boys anyway!  Too bad it had a hole in it and only lasted about a week......Guess we'll be buying a new one next summer!

Weekend in Flagstaff

This past weekend the boys went to Flagstaff with my Grandma and Papa King and Uncle Cody.  They went fishing on Saturday and had a blast!  JoJo caught his first fish!  He was so excited and called me on the phone to tell me about it!  And when he got home- that was all he could talk about.  Jon and Jake didn't catch anything but they had a great time fishing, playing board games and watching movies.

Summertime....so far so good!  My goal this summer is to keep up with work but to also make each day special for the boys.  Quite a challenge on some days but so far so good.

The first day of summer vacation was a day at the zoo!  It was a bit warm but we had fun checking out the animals.  I took the stroller for JoJo but once we got started he was so excited that he had to run with his brothers!  We had a great time!
